On the train back from Richmond today, I caught up on news and read a NY Times piece about Elizabeth Taylor. I’ve never been a fan, and have only really been aware of the older Liz - the one who seemed slightly Sunset Boulevard-ish. Later on my trip, a 60-something doctor sitting next to me was reading the USA Today spread about her, and really wanted me to read it too. I did.
What a life. She was a rather impressive woman.
